Rental & Renewal
How does subscription renewal work?
Your rental subscription automatically renews every 30 days unless canceled. We'll send renewal reminders 7 days before each billing cycle. You can continue using the furniture as long as your subscription remains active.
Shipping & Delivery
What is your delivery process?
We deliver within 5-7 business days after order confirmation. Our team will:
- Contact you 24 hours before delivery
- Assemble and place furniture at your preferred location
- Provide basic care instructions
Do I need to prepare for delivery?
Please ensure:
- Adequate space for furniture placement
- Proper building access for our team
- Someone aged 18+ present for inspection
Cancellation & Termination
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancellations can be made:
- Online through your account dashboard
- Via email to support@rentpeylo.com
- By phone at 1800-120-9870
Note: Cancellation requests must be submitted 48 hours before next billing cycle to avoid charges.
What if I cancel early?
Early termination fees apply if canceled before minimum rental period:
- 25% of remaining contract value
- Transportation fees for early pickup
- Cleaning/repair charges if applicable
Returns & Pickups
How does furniture pickup work?
After termination:
- We contact you within 24 hours to schedule pickup
- Pickup occurs 3-5 business days after final confirmation
- You must provide access to original delivery location
Can I reschedule pickup?
Yes, with conditions:
- Maximum 2 reschedules allowed
- Must request 48 hours before scheduled pickup
- Late requests incur a rescheduling fee
Missed pickups without notice result in late fee per day deducted from deposit.
Deposit & Refunds
When will I get my deposit back?
Deposit refunds processed within 7-14 business days after:
- Successful furniture inspection
- Final damage assessment completion
- Outstanding balance clearance
What affects deposit refund?
Deductions may include:
- Stains, tears, or permanent damage
- Missing components or accessories
- Unauthorized modifications
- Excessive wear beyond normal use
Damage Protection Plan
What does the insurance cover?
Our premium protection plan covers:
- Accidental spills and stains
- Minor cosmetic damages
- 1 major repair/replacement per contract
Excludes: Intentional damage, pet-related damages, and loss/theft.
How does insurance affect returns?
With active protection:
- Waived cleaning fees for normal wear
- Priority inspection processing
